Fry up , I do them quite thin to stack.
Decorate ( like I have ) with strawberries, blueberries + other half of banana if using.

Blend up Cauliflower , then microwave for 8/9mins

Pop back in oven for 6/8mins.
Slightly BBQ pulled chicken.
Butternut squash chopped into chip style shape
Roast in oven for 25mins with drizzle of coconut/rape seed oil
Oven High 20/25mins
Shred with two forkes, add slight bit more bbq sauce, mix about.
Place chicken on your roasted butternut squash.
Garnish with finely chopped scallion, cherry plum tomatoes and red pepper.
Part boil broccoli
Blend spinach, broccoli , red onion and garlic.
Add some lemon juice.
Fry up some chopped baby corn , asparagus and red pepper.
Then add the spinach and broccoli and mix about.
Fry up Turkey Mince
Place turkey mince on your bed of spinach and broccoli rice , garnish with some feta and cherry plum tomatoes.
Shred with two forks, add slight bit more bbq sauce, mix about.
Meat: Lean mince or Turkey mince (whatever you fancy)

Then add your mince with spices
When cooked place aside
Finely slice thin slices of courgette.
Grab a small dish and layer like a lasagne.

Garnished with feta cheese (pop in oven for 6/8mins) then add cherry tomato and coriander.
