I am asked quite a lot about the meals I have from Paleo Ireland. I thought I would write a post on in detail on my actual meals and routine.
I am forever on the go.
So trying to keep your healthy eating consistent can be hard. My number one rule is that meal prep is KEY! ever find yourself coming from work and wanting to eat everything in sight? Having your meals prepped and ready prevents this and from having a total binge!!
My Paleo Meals are quite clean and have very little carbohydrate's. As you do need carbohydrates for energy, on my workout days I would have my carbs in the morning - for example Oats.
My routine lately is :
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with real butter ( good fats ) why ? because I lower my carb/sugar intake I increase my good fats and protein . I bulk up on my spinach too.
Snack: Corn cake and nutter butter. Black coffee.
or Paleo Egg muffins. or after working out a shake
Lunch: Paleo Meal
Snack: 6 almonds. lots of water. or a Paleo super juice.
Dinner: Paleo Meal
I try Drink 2 litres of water a day . Water is SO IMPORTANT for the function of your body.
I Try keep on top of macros too.
TIP -My fitness pal app is great for that.
Banana Pancakes with mixed berries.
Super green & Super beets juices.
Chicken & Spinach Egg muffins.
Chicken Salad with Cauliflower Rice.
Chicken Pesto Salad.
Chicken Ceaser Salad.
*generally wouldn't take sauces.
Chicken Courgette Stir Fry.
Chilli Lime Chicken & Cauliflower Rice.
Week by Week Diet
WEEK 1- ¾
PT Training 1-2 times a week consisted of 40 mins of high cardio
No sugars – milk, bananas.
High protein. Good Carbs on training days. (High cardio )
Breakfast – 2eggs scrambled, 5g of real butter unsalted (good fats) – grilled bacon medallion – spinach – black coffee
Snack – protein shake or Nuts (6 almonds/cashew/brazil) + Black Coffee
On the end of week 3 I was allowed a cheat meal, A big dirty Eddie Rockets. My tummy was so sore the following day but was worth it, I continued this eating style for another 2 weeks. some days I would change it up and have protein pancakes for breakfast recipe available on here along with some of other favourite clean eating dishes I love.
I lost a total of 10pound I started out 56kg and then weighed in at 51.3kg. I was delighted and said here F this having a curry……. Ha but I didn’t I used this as motivation to keep moving forward to a goal I wanted , it wasn’t about weight anymore, as I said above I wanted to be the best version of myself which meant in my head looking like a Victoria secret model. But without the face lift and boob job.
I introduced sugars but I mean sugars as in the odd banana, Greek style natural yoghurt and almond milk.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner still remained in the similar eating pattern and style. But would change it up here and there especially with snacks I would have berries and nuts with Greek style yoghurt. I started being adventurous making clean healthy curry’s, cauliflower pizzas, pulled bbq chicken and sweet treats. Recipes available on here.
Total weight loss 1 stone and 6pound.
After this I had my birthday that went on for about a month in March ha and I was away in April. So a lot of unhealthy snacks and drinks went on but I still kept up my training as I find it so good for my mind. My clean eating reign kept up on days I wasn’t celebrating and being away.

The reason why I do this is because it keeps me motivated
.Adjusting and adding little things like this into your everyday lifestyle can release good endorphins, and encourage you then to get up in the morning and workout

Little leg and booty HIIT workout
This Great for sculpting and shaping the legs and backside by hitting all angles.
Exercised are a TRX jump squat, normal, close and wide stance combined with banded single leg hip thrusts.
3 exercises in one set. I repeated each set 3 times.
Around 30/40 seconds on each exercise.
Feel the burn 👌🏽 ( oh I felt the burn )

If you find reps are to high or two low up them or lower them. Make use of the nice weather I'm sure you could even do some excerises out your back.

I have found paleo Ireland really saving my food prep bacon. As I am constantly on the go with such a busy lifestyle at the moment,having these ready made meals and knowing that they are super clean and healthy is a dream to me.
